Lemon and Whey Milk Drink
- 120 grams Whey
- 1 juice of a small lemon Lemon
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- 100 ml Milk
- Strain the yogurt overnight or at least for more than 8 hours to extract the whey.
- Around half of the weight of the yoghurt is whey, so you should have about 120 g. To strain, I put the yogurt in a strainer lined with a coffee filter over a container.
- Just mix the whey and the rest of the ingredients together!
- Alter the quantities to make it as sweet or sour as you like.
- Serve in a glass.
