Lemon and Whey Milk Drink

  1. Strain the yogurt overnight or at least for more than 8 hours to extract the whey.
  2. Around half of the weight of the yoghurt is whey, so you should have about 120 g. To strain, I put the yogurt in a strainer lined with a coffee filter over a container.
  3. Just mix the whey and the rest of the ingredients together!
  4. Alter the quantities to make it as sweet or sour as you like.
  5. Serve in a glass.
