Quick Chicken 'n' Noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
- 34 cup water
- 12 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- 1 (10 ounce) package peas and pearl onions
- 14 teaspoon paprika

- In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and then cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.

- In same skillet, combine broth, water, basil and pepper.
- Heat to boiling.

- Return chicken to skillet then add noodles and peas.
- I break the noodles before opening package.
- Don't add seasoning packets.
- Return to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
