Cucumber Gazpacho

  2. Peel and deseed cucumbers, then roughly chop them.

  4. Soak bread slices in water (just enough to create a mash) for few minutes.

  6. Blend cucumbers, grapes and bread mash.
  7. 4.
  8. Strain the puree.
  9. 5.
  10. Now add water, grated garlic, vinegar , lemon juice, coriander leaves and salt.
  11. 6.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
  13. 7.
  14. Serve chilled.
