Tomato Beef Skillet
- 1-1/4 lb. beef bottom round roast, cut into 12 thin slices
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Pound beef to 1/8-inch thickness; cut into thin strips.
- Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat until almost crisp.
- Add ham, garlic, seasoning and beef; cook 10 min.
- or until beef is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- Add tomatoes; stir.
- Cook on medium-low heat 10 min.
