Eggplant & Ground Meat Bolognese

  1. Soak the eggplant in water and then drain the dirty water.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the meat and garlic.
  3. When it becomes fragrant, add the onion and eggplant!
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Add the ingredients and cook roughly.
  6. Cook the pasta in a separate pot.
  7. Mix each serving of pasta (90 g) with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, top with the sauce from the frying pan, and garnish with the toppings.
