Alfredo Linguine with Vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Linguine Noodles
- 1/2 cups Frozen Veggies (I Used An Asparagus Mix)
- 1 cup Your Favorite Alfredo Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Ground Parmesan
- Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add in the teaspoon of olive oil.
- Throw in the pasta.
- When pasta is almost al dente, throw in frozen veggies.
- This will cool down the water and it will stop boiling for a second, but it will all work out in the end.
- Trust me.
- Once pasta is al dente, turn burner off and drain pasta.
- Pour pasta back into the hot sauce pan.
- Dump the Alfredo sauce and ground pepper and mix well.
- I also dumped in the parmesan cheese, but you can sprinkle on top if you like.
- I paired this with my Herb Crusted Salmon recipe for a quick and easy dinner.
- Enjoy!
