Alfredo Linguine with Vegetables

  1. Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add in the teaspoon of olive oil.
  3. Throw in the pasta.
  4. When pasta is almost al dente, throw in frozen veggies.
  5. This will cool down the water and it will stop boiling for a second, but it will all work out in the end.
  6. Trust me.
  7. Once pasta is al dente, turn burner off and drain pasta.
  8. Pour pasta back into the hot sauce pan.
  9. Dump the Alfredo sauce and ground pepper and mix well.
  10. I also dumped in the parmesan cheese, but you can sprinkle on top if you like.
  11. I paired this with my Herb Crusted Salmon recipe for a quick and easy dinner.
  12. Enjoy!
