Coleslaw: Sesame and Mustard Flavour

  1. Finely shred the cabbage, carrot, and cucumber.
  2. Sprinkle in a little salt, and leave for about 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, combine the seasonings marked , and make salad dressing (be sure to adjust to taste).
  4. When the vegetables have wilted, squeeze out the excess moisture.
  5. Add the strained sweet corn, then toss with the salad dressing.
  6. It's done.
  7. This is great for lunchboxes, too.
