Rib tips in a cast iron skillet
- 1 lb pork rib tips
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Heat skillet get hot.
- Add oil let it get hot.
- Put ribs in Add half the salt, pepper, and garlic to the top side of ribs.
- Sear on that side turn when seared.
- add the rest of salt, pepper and garlic on the second side.
- Cook with a lid over the top.
- Cook till done let sit 5 minutes.
- Serve hope you enjoy
