Japanese Style Hamburger Steaks with Kinzanji Miso and Horseradish

  1. Finely chop the ingredients and add the horseradish.
  2. Add the panko and mentsuyu, then knead.
  3. Shape into patties and press your thumb into the center to create an indentation.
  4. Top with olive oil with dashi soy sauce and garlic and the Kinzanji miso.
  5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bake in an oven for about 25 minutes to finish!
