Cheryl's Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Set crusts aside.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  3. Pour mix into tins.
  4. Bake in oven at 225 degrees for 45 min.
  5. Switch oven off and allow cakes to cold in oven.
  6. The cheesecakes freeze well.
  7. To defrost, allow to sit out for approximately 2 hrs.
