Cheesy Asparagus Pizza
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 oz. ATHENOS Mild Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
- 1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Unroll pizza dough onto prepared baking sheet; pat into 15x10-inch rectangle.
- Spread with cheese mixture.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add asparagus; cook and stir 4 min., adding garlic for the last min.
- Spoon over cheese mixture on pizza.
- Bake 12 to 14 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest just before serving.
