The Realtor's Smokey Blue Cheese Salad Dressing W/Dip Variation

  1. Place almonds in food processor; cover.
  2. Process until coarsely chopped.
  3. Combine evaporated milk, mayonnaise, yogurt, almonds, cheese, vinegar and black pepper in medium bowl; cover.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  5. To use as a dip, reduce evaporated milk to 1/2 cup.
