Shepherds Pie
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 cups Carrots, Chopped
- 1 can 6 Oz Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cups Hot Water
- 1 cube Beef Bouillon
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 can (14.5 Oz.) Large Green Beans
- 48 ounces, weight (2 24-ounce Packages) Ore-Ida Mashed Potatoes, Steam And Mash Russett Potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- Brown ground beef, with onions, garlic and carrots.
- Drain fat.
- Mix together tomato paste, 1/2 cups hot water, 1 cube beef bullion, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add black pepper to taste.
- Mix with the ground beef mixture.
- Top with green beans (drained).
- Top green beans with mashed potatoes (cooked per directions on package).
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Yummy.
