Paleo Crab Cakes

• 1 lb canned crab from Trader Joes
• 3 clove minced garlic
• 2 tbsp mayonaise
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp tapatio or other hot sauce
• 1 egg or 2 egg whites
• 2 tbsp coconut flour

1. mix all ingredients until stick together.
2. If not sticking, add more flour.
3. Form patties and fry on pan until golden brown on each side.
