Apple And Mint Chutney Recipe

  1. NOTE: This one also works with pears replacing apples.
  2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel pot.
  3. Bring to a boil uncovered.
  4. Then lower to a simmer and cover for for the remaining
  5. Cooking Time: about 1 hour.
  6. The mix should be thick like a good finished jam or possibly marmalade.
