Salsa Verde/ Green Salsa

  1. Microwave tomatoes and pepper on high for 5 minutes.
  2. When you take the vegetables out of the microwave, peel the tomatoes and core them if there is a large core.
  3. This should be very easy to do.
  4. The peels should practically be falling off.
  5. Pull the stem out of the pepper.
  6. Place the tomatoes and pepper and all their juices into a food processor.
  7. Add cilantro, salt and juice of the lime.
  8. Zip up until desired consistency.
  9. Should not be chunky.
  10. Refrigerate until cold.
  11. Enjoy!
