Cheesy Bowl
- 8 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 78 ounces bacon bits
- 1 12 cups light mayonnaise
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 26 ounces round loaf Italian bread
- Stir all ingredients together except bread and set aside.
- Cut top off of bread and hollow out, reserving torn bread pieces for dipping.
- Spoon dip mixture into hollowed out bread bowl and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Serve with torn bread and or sliced apples or pears.
