Sausage and Peppers

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Place sausages on the grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill until brown.
  4. Set aside when done.
  5. Heat a saute or frying pan over medium high heat.
  6. When hot place the peppers and onions into a saucepan, sprinkle in the oregano, parsley, salt and black pepper and then drizzle with the cooking oil.
  7. Stir the mixture every few minutes and continue cooking until the peppers and onions start to soften about 15 minutes.
  8. Spread mayo on each side of the hoagie roll, place one sausage link in the hoagie roll, then top with the peppers and onions.
