Cheap and tasty! Soft Fried Tofu & Veggie Patties

  1. Drain the tofu.
  2. Soak the hijiki seaweed in water to hydrate.
  3. Julienne the carrot.
  4. Cut the stems of spinach into 3 cm-lengths.
  5. Mix the drained tofu, vegetables and hijiki well.
  6. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
  7. Place the patties of tofu and vegetable mixture into the frying pan.
  8. Fry both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Even with just a little oil, you will have very crispy tofu.
  10. Combine all the ingredients in a frying pan to cook.
  11. Stir in the dissolved katakuriko to thicken.
  12. Pour the thickened sauce over the tofu and serve!
