Meatloaf heaven w/cheese

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 cup minced onion
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1/2 cup saltine crackers (crumbled)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 tbsp salt
• 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1. preheat oven to 350f
2. mix all ingredients in large bowl and pack it into loaf pan
3. add remaining tomato sauce with little catsup on top of loaf
4. bake for 1 hr and 15 minute or until center is firm.
5. There will be juices you can pour some out or I like to keep it and top it onto my meatloaf when done and on my plate :-)
