Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup Chili Sauce (page 276), or 1/2 cup no-salt-added ketchup plus dash of red hot-pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- White of 1 large hardcooked egg, finely chopped (yolk discarded)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Dash of pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed.
