Cheesy Crock Pot Potatoes
- 1 (5 ounce) boxscalloped potatoes
- 1 (5 ounce) box au gratin potatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 4 cups hot water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12-1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Spray a large crock pot with cooking spray.
- Pour the hot water, milk, and butter into the pot.
- Mix the powdered cheese pouches into the pot.
- Add the potatoes and cheese, stir to mix.
- Cover with the lid and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring after an hour.
