Sauce Vierge

  1. Place the tomatoes, onions, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, chives, parsley, chervil (if using), basil, and salt in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if desired.
