Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Bell Pepper and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C).
  2. Roll the pizza dough into 12-inch circles or use prepared pizza crust.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce or tomato sauce over the pizza dough.
  4. Top with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and roasted bell peppers.
  5. Arrange half of the cheese between vegetables, and half the cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and brown and the cheese melts.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, cut into wedges.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Or in a bowl, mix together arugula, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper until well combined.
  10. Top slices with arugula.
  11. This is optional.
