Spicy Sriracha Tofu Skewers
- 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
- Add tofu; toss to evenly coat.
- Thread tofu onto 8 skewers.
- Grill 15 min., turning after 8 min.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
