Melt In Your Mouth Dessert Recipe

  2. Mix flour, butter and pecans together and pat flat in 9"x13" pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  4. Cold.

  6. Beat cream cheese and sugar together, mix well.
  7. Mix in 1 c. Cold whip.
  8. Spread proportionately over cooled crust.
  9. Place in refrigerator while doing #3.

  11. Combine pudding and lowfat milk and beat well till thick.
  12. Spread on top of other 2 layers.
  13. 4.
  14. Top with Cold whip and keep in refrigerator till serving time.
  15. Serves 15.
  16. Variation: Substitute 1 box chocolate and 1 box vanilla instant pudding for the 2 butterscotch.
