Quick Shrimp and Rice Kabob Foil Packets

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Spoon rice onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with sides folded up slightly; pour 1/4 cup water over each.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients.
  4. Fold foil to make 4 packets.
  5. Grill 15 min.
  6. or until shrimp turn pink and rice is tender.
  7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.
