Salisbury Steak Bake Recipe

• 1 can Campbell's golden brown mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• Generous dash pepper
• 1 1/2 pound grnd beef, lean

1. Mix thoroughly 1/4 c. soup with remaining ingredients.
2. Shape into 6 patties and place in shallow baking dish, 9 x 13 inches.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
4. Spoon off fat.
5. Mix rest of soup with 1/3 c. water.
6. Pour over meat.
7. Bake 10 min more.
8. Serves 6.
