Italian Marinated Chicken

  1. COAT chicken with 1/2 cup of the dressing in shallow dish; cover.
  2. REFRIGERATE 15 minutes to marinate.
  3. Drain; discard dressing.
  4. PLACE chicken on rack of broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from heat.
  5. Broil 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through, turning and brushing with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
  6. Variation: Prepare as directed, increasing dressing to 1-1/2 cups.
  7. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over 1 lb.
  8. sliced fresh vegetables (such as zucchini, mushrooms, red or green pepper) in separate dish; cover.
  9. Broil with chicken.
  10. Tip: For a quick garlicky bread, brush SEVEN SEAS VIVA Italian Dressing on toasted Italian bread slices.
