Italian Marinated Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
- 1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT VIVA Italian Dressing, divided
- COAT chicken with 1/2 cup of the dressing in shallow dish; cover.
- REFRIGERATE 15 minutes to marinate.
- Drain; discard dressing.
- PLACE chicken on rack of broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from heat.
- Broil 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through, turning and brushing with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
- Variation: Prepare as directed, increasing dressing to 1-1/2 cups.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over 1 lb.
- sliced fresh vegetables (such as zucchini, mushrooms, red or green pepper) in separate dish; cover.
- Broil with chicken.
- Tip: For a quick garlicky bread, brush SEVEN SEAS VIVA Italian Dressing on toasted Italian bread slices.
