Chicken Spare Ribs Simmered in Ume Jam

  1. Warm the frying pan on meadium heat.
  2. Put in the chicken and crushed garlic.
  3. Cook until the chicken is browned.
  4. Add the jam, soy sauce, and sake and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken over halfway through.
  6. To finish, mix the chicken with the sauce while cooking on medium-low heat.
