Chicken Spare Ribs Simmered in Ume Jam
- 250 grams Chicken spare ribs
- 1 tbsp Ume jam
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- Warm the frying pan on meadium heat.
- Put in the chicken and crushed garlic.
- Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Add the jam, soy sauce, and sake and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over halfway through.
- To finish, mix the chicken with the sauce while cooking on medium-low heat.
