Chinese Mushroom Steak Recipe

  1. Heat oil over medium heat, place garlic clove in warm oil, remove after 3 min.
  2. Add in meat, turning as needed till browned.
  3. Fold in onions and mushrooms.
  4. Cook till tender, 15 min or possibly more.
  5. Blend cornstarch, bouillon, soy sauce, stir into mix.
  6. Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly till thickened.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Substitutions:
  9. Chinese Pepper Steak.
  10. 2 c. bite size pcs, green peppers for mushrooms
  11. Chinese Potato Steak.
  12. 2 c. diced cooked potatoes and 1 c. minced celery leaves.
