Lemon Garlic Chicken in the Crockpot
- 6 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cups Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 10 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 2 whole Onions, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- Mix together the lemon pepper seasoning, paprika and salt.
- Coat the chicken with the spice mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the crock pot and cover with broth, garlic, parsley, onions and lemon zest.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
