Italian (House) Stromboli
- 1 (12 inch) flour bread dough
- 14 lb capicola ham
- 14 lb cooked ham
- 14 lb pepperoni
- 14 lb provolone cheese
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- bell pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out the dough into an oval/rectangular shape.
- Layer on the hams, pepperoni and cheeses until full.
- Fold the dough over and cut off excess pieces and the pinch closed, you may need a bit of water to close tightly.
- Brush olive oil all over top and sprinkle oregano.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minuted or until browned and cooked throughout.
- Slice and serve.
