Catalina Asian Beef Salad

• 1 lb. sirloin steak Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
• Dash soya sauce
• hot pepper sauce (optional)
• 1/2 iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
• 3 carrots, grated

1. MARINATE steak in dressing, soya sauce and hot sauce.
2. GRILL steak and slice in thin strips.
3. SERVE steak on a bed of lettuce and carrots.
4. Drizzle with additional dressing.
