Mary Paul's Beef Short Ribs Recipe
- 8 beef short ribs (serves about 4)
- 2 medium green peppers, minced
- 2 medium onions, minced
- seasoning salt, season to your taste
- black pepper, season to your taste
- 1 c. of barbecue sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place beef ribs in large casserole baking dish.
- Pour 1/2 c. water into dish.
- Spread green peppers and onions proportionately over ribs.
- Season ribs with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Pour barbecue sauce over ribs proportionately.
- Cook dish and cook about 90 min at 350 degrees.
