Chicken Fajitas
- 1 each sliced green, yellow, and red peppers
- 2 medium sliced onions
- 1/4 regular bottle of Italian dressing
- 5 each cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch season salt
- 1/4 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 shredded stalks of romaine lettuce
- 3 each diced tomatoes
- 1 favorite salsa
- 1 favorite guacamole
- 1 sour cream
- 1 packages shredded cheddar
- 1 packages small tortillas (corn or flour)
- Marinate vegetables in dressing for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken, season salt, & black pepper until almost done.
- Then add taco seasoning last 5 minutes of cook time.
- Set aside.
- Next cook peppers and onions with dressing until vegetables still have slight crunch.
- Add chicken back in for 2 minutes then serve with warm tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, guacamole and cheese.
