Zippy Beef & Cheese Hoagie
- 1/2 pint deli creamy coleslaw
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 4 hoagie buns, cut in half
- 8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices and O Lakes Deli American
- 8 slices tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Stir together coleslaw and horseradish in bowl.
- Spread about 1/4 cup coleslaw mixture on bottom half of each bun.
- Layer with 1/4 roast beef, 2 slices cheese, 2 slices tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and top half of bun.
