Three Grain Peanut Bread Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. uncooked oats
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Cut in peanut butter till crumbly.
- In a small bowl, beat egg and lowfat milk together.
- Add in to dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Spread mix into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 min.
- Cold for 10 min and remove from pan.
