Triple Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie Recipe

• About 20 - 2" chocolate chip cookies, broken up
• 2 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 quart. mint chip softened ice cream
• White from 3 Large eggs
• Healthy pinch of salt
• 7 ounce. marshmallow creme
• 1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. chocolate chips

1. Mix crumbs and butter.
2. Press in pie plate.
3. Refrigeratetill hard.
4. Pack ice cream into crust.
5. Freeze 1 hour.
6. Place oven rack in top position.
7. Heat 450 degrees.
8. Mix whites and salt till soft peaks form.
9. Add in marshmallow and beat till peaks are stiff and shiny.
10. Mix in 1/2 c. of chocolate chips.
11. Spread over ice cream quickly.
12. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp.
13. chocolate chips.
14. Bake 5 min or possibly till meringue is lightly browned.
15. Serve immediately or possibly cover and freeze up to 2 weeks.
