shrimp fettuccine with mushrooms
- 30 medium shrimp
- 1 medium onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 8 large mushrooms quartered
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 cup spinach
- cook onion garlic and mushrooms in butter on medium heat until onions are cooked clear.
- added raw shrimp and start cooking with the above items.
- when shrimp starts to turn pink add the chicken broth and the spinach I put it in frozen.
- stir to combine all the ingredients together.
- add the Italian seasoning and the corn starch.
- stir until it thickens.
- put on top of a bed of your favorite pasta.
- enjoy!!
