Barbecue Shredded Carrots and Turkey Sausage
- 2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 packages Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
- Put sliced sausage and shredded carrots in a microwavable bowl.
- Cover and cook on high 3-5 minutes, or until carrots are cooked to desired texture.
- Sausage will shrink and become crisp after 3 minutes, so add liquid if needed after 3 minutes.
- Pour BBQ over carrots and sausage, stir well.
- Cook on high until heated through, 45 secinds-1 minute
