White Chocolate Heart-Shaped Cheesecake
- 1 12 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 13 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened (regular or light)
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 4 large eggs
- 12 ounces white chocolate baking squares, melted
- 13 cup all-purpose flour
- fresh berries
- white and dark chocolate shavings
- CRUST: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl; press firmly onto bottom of 10-inch round or heart-shaped non-stick springform pan.
- FILLING: Beat cream cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients in order, beating well after each addition.
- ASSEMBLE AND BAKE: Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated 325F oven 45 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whole berries and chocolate shavings.
