Lemon-Tarragon Baked Tilapia
- 1/4 cups Fish Stock Or Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- 12 ounces, weight Tilapia Filets, Fresh Or Thawed From Frozen
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Tarragon
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a baking dish, add fish stock (or vegetable stock) and set tilapia in a single row.
- In a small bowl, add lemon zest, juice and tarragon, stir to mix.
- Pour over fish.
- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake 68 minutes.
- Serve with rice (white, wild, brown).
- Enjoy!
