Mandarin Snowflake Delight Recipe

• 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) white cake mix
• 3 egg whites
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange slices & juice

1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Mix for 2 min.
3. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
5. Let cold.
6. For frosting mix Cold Whip, pineapple, vanilla pudding mix and 1/2 c. coconut.
7. Spread over cake.
8. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
