Tenshin Rice Made with Silken Tofu
- 2 Eggs
- 150 grams Silken tofu
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 200 ml Chicken bouillon powder
- 2 tbsp each Sugar, Mirin, Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Katakuriko slurry
- To make the sweet vinegar sauce, add the ingredients for the sweet vinegar sauce to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Then add the katakuriko slurry and stir to thicken.
- Mash up the tofu completely.
- Mix the tofu, eggs, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Add oil to a frying pan, then cook the tofu and egg mixture.
- Flip quickly and place on top of rice.
- Pour the sweet vinegar sauce over it, and it's all done.
