Molded Fruit and Vegetable Salad

  1. Soak the flakes in the nectar for 5 minutes.
  2. After soaking, simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Make sure the tofu was well drained.
  5. Mix together well and pour into mold or dishes.
  6. Chill until firm 4-6 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove from mold and serve.
  8. For non-apian vegetarians and vegans do NOT use honey.
