Chocolate Caramel Drops
- 24 KRAFT Caramels (about 7 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 72 PLANTERS Pecan Halves (about 1 cup)
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Microwave caramels and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
- or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is smooth, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
- Cool slightly.
- Place nuts in groups of 3 on rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon caramel mixture over center of each cluster of nuts, with ends of nuts uncovered.
- Let stand until caramel is firm.
- Spread melted chocolate over caramel mixture.
- Let stand until chocolate is set.
