Biscuits and gravy

  1. Prepare biscuits according to the directions on the can.
  2. cook up bacon and save some of the grease in pan.
  3. in another large skillet cook up the sausage, do not drain grease.
  4. in a small bowl combine 1/2 cup flour with enough milk to make it creamy.
  5. add to the pan with cooked sausage.
  6. add enough milk to fill the pan up 3/4 full.
  7. add about 1/2 cup butter, keep whisking the gravy until it starts bubbling.
  8. then add flour and milk until you get the right thickness you desire.
  9. add salt and pepper to your taste.
  10. break up your biscuits and cover with sausage gravy and enjoy.
