Beef Fondue Recipe

  1. Cut beef into small cubes (1x2 inch) and keep chilled till about 1 hour before cooking.
  2. Set electric fondue to 360 degrees and add in oil (be careful with warm oil).
  3. Each guest is given a plate of raw meat and cooking fork (also a separate eating fork).
  4. They spear one piece and cook to individual preference.
  5. It takes a little experimentation.
  6. Offer a variety of 4 to 6 sauces.
  7. Bottled or possibly experiment with your own exciting recipes.
  8. Serve with baked potato, vegetables and a green tossed salad.
  9. This is a wonderful entertaining meal.
  10. Great for conversation and a long evening.
  11. NOTE: It is best to have no more than 6 people cooking in one pot for convenience and safety reasons.
  12. Also not recommended for children under 8.
