Cajeta Ice Cream Sundaes

• 3 cups vanilla ice cream
• 14 cup Kahlua or 14 cup other coffee liqueur
• 12 cup mexican caramel sauce (called cajeta)
• 12 cup toasted chopped pecans

1. Scoop ice cream into bowls or wide-mouthed crystal wineglasses.
2. Drizzle liqueur and cajeta on top.
3. Sprinkle each serving with chopped pecans.
4. Serve immediately.
